Matchmaking or Match fixing?

I'm talking straight up about Manager Mode. It's a money game I know but I already bought all the high ovr players to fit in.

Are you match fixing? My Max ovr is only 125 and for the past 20matches you gave me opponents ovr 126 and above! Check attachments. I text customer service and you tell me it's ELO system. HELLO! ARE YOU SURE! 

Worst thing, EA CHAT TELL ME TO BUY BETTER PLAYERS!  I got all the high end players already! What do you mean by buying better players! My squad are all Max ranked and Max trained with 3 ovr 125 and the rest all ovr 124 except the keeper, and you tell me to buy better players?
