A Nation’s Story - no reward for Medium Challenge 3?

I got all the answers correct but the rank up tokens reward didn’t unlock. Is anyone else encountering this?

    i got the tokens on day three ... maybe force close the game, clear your cache if you are on Android, and then log back in
