Unfortunately we can't help with account bans here on the forums. I'd recommend reaching out to our terms of service team again. They can take a look at this for you.

Thanks @EA_QueenBee I will do this! Is this type of error common? I read the link you sent, I saw it talk about third-party software, my phone runs Samsung's game plugins while I play, the one that shows fps, the one that manages performance priorities, could these plugins have been a false positive?
