I’m sorry, but that’s not an “unpopular” opinion - that’s just a straight up stupid opinion - but I guess trolls were bound to respond here
But hey, if you enjoy losing impossible-to-win matches you should DEFINITELY be able to win, then more power to you
Like many in this thread have said, myself included, we have 106+ ovr teams with max training levels and we get destroyed by AI with teams as low as 80-85 ovr
Just stupid - but EA did the exact same thing last season too and, rightfully so, also faced a shitstorm, before they turned it down again
Ok, let me troll some more 😈 (or as some would say, offer a different point of view). There are loads of different player types in this game. From new to legacy, and from prefer easy/autoplay to like difficult/competitive). Ideally they all should be accommodated. Over the last 2 years it was all easy autoplay (aside from rivals which is ultra boring), so whole segments of the playerbase have been twiddling their thumbs, fell asleep on the couch while playing the game or just left.
Since that probably comes with a drop in revenue, EA/Nexon threw us a bone. Cool. And tbh, it’s challenging but nowhere near as nightmarish as s2 campaign. Actually, to think of it, most of the content can be played/autoplayed as before. Only part that needs some focus is the new Football Center. And we still need a weekend tournament.

Clearly you’re just trying to get a reaction out of people and I understand that - that’s your whole thing - we get it, you’re a troll. This is sadly all you’re good for - but maybe save it for the Discord cesspools?
A challenge you say, eh? But, if the matches by design are impossible to win, due to the insanely boosted AI, how is that a challenge? Boosting AI like this, is what you in movies would call “lazy writing” - just dumb and makes no sense
But like I said before, if you truly enjoy playing impossible-to-win matches, more power to you - but most people don’t

Easy there. What I was trying to convey, unsuccessfully I may add, is that there is a sizeable part of the player base that was asking for more challenging content and game rebalancing. A change in the game balance may also have helped with the way this game is designed (no resets, better players with higher stats coming with higher OVR) and to address concerns with AI defence in h2h. Pretty sure EA is hoping that folks will now try to acquire better players to beat the new settings.
If you’re struggling with the game, there are three options, 1) wait for another re-balance, 2) build a team with better stats, 3) adjust play style/formation. Before the change to FC Mobile this forum used to be a good place to get help with 3 and how to beat difficult content. Just pose the question, you’ll be surprised how many folks may be willing to help.
On a lighter note, here is an example of when the game was so hard as to make grown men cry and phones being thrown against the wall in frustration, enjoy, https://youtu.be/wzolJraLv20?si=TfUmMlJRpyQOXI2A

Building a team with better stats implies having higher OVR players, but many of them are only available on "real money" payment. I understand EA needs real money indeed, but there has to be an option for really good "human" players to succeed, and not only for really rich ones that can afford paid packages every now and then.
Me - I bought some star packages for € 11,- the last one being the one with Kakà, but looks like it's outdated now.
Just played another Chronicles game, the Chapt. 1 / game 3 of Chech, a 3-stars rated game, and AI is back on its feet and mostly unplayable.
