Unknown league user issue, request for resolution

Dear EA Support,  

For the past two months, an unknown member has been stuck in my league, and I’ve been unable to remove him. Despite reporting the issue, I was told it would resolve itself after 2-3 seasons. However, the problem persists this member continues to drop match records frequently, disrupting the league’s activity.  

This is incredibly frustrating and negatively impacts the gameplay experience. Could you please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible?
