Allow player card rankups

Rankup point are fine but we need more ways to be able to rank players up.  Would be good to have same type card able to rankup like old times. It used to help in training my players as well as use up all the dupes EA chucks at me on those crazy 3K gems packs. (Ballon d'or was the worst event in that regard - so many dupe 106/107s)

What are all the dumbos doing who play these beta/gamma versions? Do t they feedback such things?
