What just happened? I opened the app, it gave me the “new content” message and immediately downloaded an update, and now I can’t see any of Anniversary player cards (including the one I apparently just one in a daily exchange). What’s going on with quality control at EA?
Its absolutley nonsense i claimed the diy player at excatly 02:54am (KDB) and now he dosent even show up anywhere its complwtley gone what is this loosing a 110ovr player overnight just claimed

Saved up shared to claim anniversary players on the last day, but couldn't bcz the pics of players were not loading up in galary section

I claimed Thierry Henry from the 2nd anniversary event, and after the new event started I can no longer find him.
I had same problem it was show roberto Carlos I exchange it for 10000 tokens but was my after that I show my Luis Diaz level 30 disappear . 😱😱

Hey EA, I think you guys accidentally deleted the data of previous event (Anniversary) that lead into bugs such as player card of the event (that had been owned) were not displayed or blank.
Is their a place I can go an tell them so that I can get actual help

My players Tony Kronos and vandal at the start of the new even both disapeared were replaced and then one of my cb began to replicate and play two positions ea fix your game bro
So iwas going to exchange some players for extra time and then olise was giving 10000 extra time tokens idid that and then saw that it used my 111 Pele and my anniversary cards are invisible and shape shifting to other cards please give my Pele back is spent 12€ on it
yeah i can't even sub on my players in matches cause i don't know who i am subbing on
