I know about this problem. You cannot solve the problem just by removing cheater accounts. But even that, I have reported cheaters systemically, why is it then that the exact same cheaters with the exact same name are still in the game? How come that an industry so sensible to cheating can not find a long-lasting solution to block cheater software? If you investigate how this software works, you can find solutions. If banking or healthcare industry would do the same, our world would be screwed. Secondly, if they know how this cheating works, why do they create new possibilities (like not giving advantage to opponent when cheaters make small faults) to even increase cheating effects? Is it because, in this way, the scripting they use themselves is more effective to prevent promotion in the game? There are many things happening in this game that are too obvious. For me the current owners don't invest anymore to prevent cheating. Since EA is being bought by a Saudi-led consortium it became worse. It needs to bring in money, nevermind what happens in the game. They should fix their server bugs, which are exploited by APKs. And stop using scripting themselves, also there is the vulnarability for APKs. That is the root cause. That is what is being asked by the players' community, but is still not done. APK generated user names are, in a lot of cases, very obvious and easy to detect as they have similar patterns. Above a certain level, more that 90% of the games are corrupted by APKs. So removing them would mean removing more than 250.000 players in the game, and a huge drop in publicity revenue potential. Would that be a reason as well? It is clear that they don't focus on the root cause, whatever the reason, and don't use current existing technology to prevent cheating, as it does exist, and it is possible. So why not doing it? In the game they copy paste previous events and put a new layer on it. You see that currently everything is done to generate the most margins with the least investments. This is clear for everyone using the game, and exploited by cheating mod app developpers earning a lot of money on this. That is the ultimate reason, money and nothing but money, by walking on the edge of what is EU regulated. EA is risking bans in the EU, like what already happened in Belgium because of gambling concerns (loot boxes). They don't have many room left before EU will again investigate EA practices, being initated by big consumer organizations accross EU.
