Missing purchased packs after buying them in-game issue

I’m missing items from 2 packs I bought in-game. I attached images of the packs I bought which shows what I was supposed to get from them when bought.

I’ve tried to go through the in-game support, futmobile discord, and Apple Support for a refund. Apple denies me any refund, in-game support tells me they can’t give me the packs and to go to Apple continuously, and the discord sent me here. Seems like I just got completely scammed and not sure what to do. All I want are the items I purchased or if not possible my money back. Has anyone else had issues or an issue like this or any solutions that could help? I have full pictures of purchase receipts if needed but didn’t want to post them with all my information publicly. I’ve attached images below that might add more context. Thanks.
