If you're serious about giving feedback, it's important to leave emotion out of it and present your points clearly. Right now, your post is difficult to follow and reads more like a rant than something useful for the developers.
If you want to be heard:
- Structure your feedback with bullet points.
- Provide specific, readable examples.
- Avoid threats or ultimatums—they don't help your case (and your disappointment isn't going to get you refunds as per T&C).
As for the referee system—yes, it has issues. But keep in mind that it's just a set of programmed rules. It reacts based on conditions like "if X happens, then do Y." Sometimes that logic misses context or gets it wrong, just like real-life referees do. And changing that logic isn’t always simple; fixing one thing can break something else.
It's not perfect and probably never will be, but giving clear, constructive feedback gives it a much better chance of being improved than angry, unstructured rant posts .
