Ball glitch and connection issue

For over a week now I can't change my ball have uninstall and install the app several times and I've reached out for help nothing was done that's why I'm here and secondly the connection issue for the game needs to be work on cos for power saver with standard resolution still have to go through reconnecting frequently for network that I used for streaming movies without any lagging or disruption
