BALLON DOR PLAYERS PACK COUNT

Im confused if the numbers counting the packs for ballon dor are getting reset to 0 after getting ballon dor 112-113 player I packed Rivaldo on 73rd purchased pack and it still sits on 73, does that mean on 100 I will get another one?
