we don't have access to account information here in the forum, so we can't help with bans and appeals here. Support is the only one that can forward appeals to Terms of Services. If they've already done that and the ban was not lifted, then there's nothing that can be done.
You could try appealing through support again, but it's not guaranteed that the decision would change this time around.
