Wait for the upcoming reset, if it still does not work, contact the EA helpdesk via the in-game menu.

When did you buy the $9.99 pack? These chain things usually let you get one award per day. So if you have purchased the fast track pack today, then log in every day to claim a new reward every day.

i brought it yesterday and bow its already past the refresh time but reward is locked

no matter how i think it shouldn't be 24 hours of my login time and every day at that same time
