I haven’t experienced disconnections or failed matchmaking at the rate you describe, but I have experienced significant issues in both H2H and VSA mode and I 100% agree that the radio silence from EA (after nearly a month!) is totally unacceptable. They even went so far as to pin two threads to the top of the general discussion forum soliciting feedback in the update and they have done NOTHING to acknowledge the dozens of responses, let alone fix any of the myriad issues.
When all any of us ever has on this Earth is time, it’s the height of disrespect to waste our time the way EA has/is. If you create a product then stand by it and ensure it’s quality for your customers. And if you ask for their feedback on that product then, at a minimum, have the decency and respect for the customer to acknowledge it and indicate what you plan to do with it. Currently, EA is failing us all on both fronts.
