can the statistics be set permanently in EA? the players of teams 4-5 ov lower

on the map are just as fast and often more successful, more mobile. I just don't understand why they spend money if they can't use much more skill and speed? share the players with older weaker cards to get better cards, don't let the better teams be destroyed by AI. I feel like this is unfeasible, AI is all about fantasy, every match the weaker player doesn't know what to do the whole match and who brings it to the AI, gives him 2-3 empty goals for a treat. I also noticed that when I play with weaker players, I always have to come back from the brink. When will the game be playable again and my time, energy, money, when will the map be worth it if I have to get a good team with difficulty?
