Cannot log in
So I removed fc mobile and then got it back, but now it doesn't give me the option to log in to my old account it only gives me the option to stay as guest.

You posted a picture with the settings menu... You don't log in from there. Reinstall the game and after you get the DOB window it will show you the login menu.
