Champions token problem

Hi EA Support, I purchased 3,600 Champions Tokens  from the Extra Time event using Gems. I collected both from my Inbox, but my Champions Token balance did not increase. The Inbox messages disappeared after claiming, but the purchase limit now shows 6/6 used. Please check my account and credit the missing 3,600 Champions Tokens. Thank you.

    Hey z0eqvgnfmpux​,

    Have your champions tokens appeared if you completely restart the game? Or are they still missing afterwards?
