I always seen to get worse chances than my opponent, despite having a higher team OVR, higher rated players en better trained players. Is there another thing I should change (for example my formation...

it usually shows at the start of the game what chances you are going to get.. if you see there that you having higher ovr getting poorer chances (more yellow ones, less green ones) than your opponent with low ovr, take a screenshot and plz report as it shouldn't happen.
But if you feel that you had poorer chances by game xp, then thats entirely a different question and depends on perspective.
