Coins exchange for 98+ ovr players

The game has progressed a lot in past 2 months from the time before Winter wonders where hardly there were any 100+ cards to everyone now having so many.  But I don't think coins exchange got updated and it still rewards 15m for any player above 96ovr.  We probably need a couple more to cater for 98+ and 100+ players with some average base price.  This would give people an option to users whose players R stuck in market for what feels like an eternity.
