The Donyell Malen exchange bug has ruined the game economy. Many players were able to make massive gains by exploiting this bug. We demand either their shards obtained by this method be withdrawn, and subsequently, all players bought with these shards be replaced by their base versions (as similarly done to the Blanc glitch during TOTS 26). 

Or, a compensation shall be provided to all users who have been identified not to exploit this glitch. The compensation should be: 60k shards, 10k rank up points, 30k gems and a Pick 3/5 122 OVR gift box. 

EA, work on these issues fast.

    The Malen 119 Shard glitch has completely ruined the game's economy right before the Ballon d'Or event. It's completely unfair that honest players who missed the glitch are left behind while exploiters got hundreds of thousands of shards. We deserve a fair and massive compensation, or please roll back/remove the glitched shards from those accounts thank you.

    Honest players missed the glitch?

    An honest players like me was online saw the glitch reported it, but had no plans on using it myself.

    You are not honest if you would abuse a glitch if you were online but did not cause you were offline.

     

    Still 0 nothing will happen just like last World Cup bug people got mbappe rodri cucurella 122 for free practically.

    Only if a big would happend so they lose direct money like box signature players people get Unlimited tryes bug or something, then you would see they act immediately.

    LIKE EA  could give a compensation and remove the shards people farmed form ts bug
