Dear EA Sports FC Mobile Team,
I am writing this to provide detailed feedback regarding the current state of the game. As a dedicated player, I believe the following points need urgent attention:
1. Gameplay & Servers:
* Server Latency: We are experiencing significant input lag and slow server response in the Middle East, making H2H play very frustrating.
* Goalkeepers: GKs currently feel underpowered. Finesse shots score nearly 100% of the time; keepers need a buff to be more effective.
* Defensive AI: Player positioning in H2H and Manager Mode is often poor, especially during defensive transitions.
* Substitutions: We request increasing the number of substitutions to 5 or 6 per match to manage player stamina better.
2. Fair Play & Graphics:
* Hacker Issues: There is a noticeable increase in hackers (disconnect cheats and speed hacks). We need a more robust anti-cheat system.
* Graphics: The visual quality has not seen significant improvements since launch. We hope for a graphical update for modern devices.
3. Regional & Economy Issues (Jordan):
* Web Store Access: The FC Mobile Web Store is not working in Jordan, even when trying various troubleshooting methods. We need this fixed for our region.
* Game Economy: There are delays in reward distribution, and the game is becoming too focused on "Pay-to-Win" mechanics. We want to see the return of better pack systems for all players.
