Custom formation improvement!

I think that it would be great if we could made our own custom tactics! Improvement would be like this: maybe I want to play my game with one CDM and one CM in my 3-5-2 or have one LM and one RW. We would have choice in selecting players in all predefined positions but we can chose any 11 positions we want. Let us be creative!
