Defenders unable to defend properly

In the video attached you'll see what happens to me regularly. 122 Chiellini gets thrown out of balance despite having lvl 2 bruiser, can't get the ball despite having lvl 1 anticipate. Maldini then touches the ball but lvl 2 anticipate doesn't activate apparently.

I don't know what happened here
