If you still have the User ID of your old account, then our live support team can see if they can help you restore your old account progress. If you've lost the User ID, then I'm afraid they won't be able to help.

If they can't restore your account, then I'm afraid your progress will likely stay lost. We don't have the tools to help with account issues here on the forums
