Dia de muertes - campos

Just got Campos102 reward and noticed he is pre ranked which is new. However he is not part of the dia de muertes program, is this correct? Also, are his stats correct as I swapped him in for a low...

@pelicanos can you show a screenshot of team before and after - i have seen other reports, but can't confirm the calculations as they are unable to provide a before shot
