Did not receive Fc point that I bought after 24 hours.

 

Dear EA Sports FC Mobile Support Team,

 

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with an in-game purchase I made in EA Sports FC Mobile. While the payment was successfully processed, I have not received the corresponding in-game item.

 

Issue Details

 

Game Name: EA Sports FC Mobile

 

Transaction Amount: RM 239.90

 

Payment Method: Apple store payment

 

 

Issue Description

 

On November 26, 2025, I attempted to purchase an in-game item worth RM 239.90 using a Apple store payment . The payment was successfully deducted from my balance, and I received a confirmation from email regarding the transaction. However, despite this, the purchased item has not been credited to my game account.

 

I have already tried restarting the game, checking my in-game mail, and ensuring my internet connection is stable, but the issue persists.

 

Requested Resolution

 

I kindly request you to investigate this matter and either credit the missing item to my game account or initiate a refund for the deducted amount.
