The payment was successfully deducted from my balance, and I received a confirmation from email regarding the transaction. However, despite this, the purchased item has not been credited to my game account.
I have already tried restarting the game, checking my in-game mail, and ensuring my internet connection is stable, but the issue persists.
Requested Resolution
I kindly request you to investigate this matter and either credit the missing item to my game account or initiate a refund for the deducted amount.
