Watched the recorded livestream in order to try and better understand the setup of this new footyverse event and I have to say I was pretty disappointed. The guy running the livestream (twice) botched the match requirements he needed to fulfill to advance and, as a result, wasn’t able to fully walk users through the mechanics of this “multiverse” thing. Why didn’t EA set him up so that he could advance automatically (without wasting everyone’s time playing two failed matches)? I feel like the video was mostly a waste of time and I’d be furious if I’d been on the livestream (and not been able to jump ahead to learn I wasn’t actually go to get a full walkthrough).

EA, I say this in all earnestness — you really need to get your act together. You guys are launching flawed updates and glitchy new events and that’a bad enough, but if you’re going to promote a livestream to hype said updates/events then at least have the presenter prepared to give a seamless walkthrough (instead of wasting our time).
