A highly valid point. I didn’t see/hear anyone in the “community” asking for the shard system to be chucked aside in the weeks and months leading up to TOTY. And no one is asking for the draft system to stay after more than a month of misery — in fact it’s quite the opposite.
It’s 100% valid for folks to be calling out these examples of blatant hypocrisy coming from EA, and it’s long past time for EA to end this “we’re listening” charade and actually respond to us with, at a minimum, a plan to address community concerns, or, better yet, action in the form of reinstating the shard system. Either way, the current wall of silence simply isn’t good enough.
