EA FC mobile Player exchange Bug

When trying to submit players into a player exchange i can’t seem to exchange. I have all the players, coins and the requirements are met but once i press ‘exchange’ nothing happens. This is kinda an...

    @RonanM5434 Ok i know what's is wrong. You have to do kick-off challenge to unlock Exchange

@bin5ldeaxxjt The post you have commented on is about exchanges not working because they had not completed the intro sections of the game.

What is the exact nature of the problem that you are having?

So I'm trying to do the 91 winter wildcard Nkunku exchange, but the exchange button isn't turning green, making me unable to do the exchange. Although I filled all the exchange conditions correctly, it would not let me do the exchange, I also had enough coins. (I have 13 mil and it needed 2 mil). I restarted the game, it wouldn't work. I removed the players and placed them again, it wouldn't work. I even restarted my phone, and still it didn't work. Any tips?
