Losing of gems but not getting player in return

Question

I was about to open a pitch beats 3k gems pack, I clicked the pack, it was just about to open suddenly network stops working and as usual fc mobile loading sign comes in. I waited for about 5 minutes and network started to work again but the loading screen still didn't get out of the face and suddenly the screen went black. I waited for another 5 minutes but nothing happened so reopened the game and saw that the gems are used but I didn't get any player. Is there any way to get my gems back or any decent player as a compensation?

contact customer support via the in-game settings menu and tell them you have purchases not received
explain exactly as you did above and do not mention the work bug in any circumstances - it's not a bug, its an account issue where you had purchases not received&nbsp;
