I've restarted the device, cleared the cache, reinstalled the application, even opened the account via another cellphone, but it still doesn't work.
It looks like this is a problem with my account, not my device

- @03iz4idy0x1w Weird - contact customer service via the in game settings menu - don’t mention the word bug, tell them you have rewards not received and that AHQ sent you there

@mendozzamagic -there has been no response from EA customer service in the game, did I not get a new year gift? oh *
- @03iz4idy0x1w New year gift is still there - sometimes customer service takes a while - try them again now that new years has passed in most counties
