EA support to cheaters : template replies, players treated like idiots

If it's the opponent in your screenshot then the CM is going to remove it. The Customer Support is of no use. There conversation is manipulative. They will say things that don't even make sense. If you tell them that there is any problem which has to be resolved from their side, they will still just tell you to restart, clear cache even if the problem is from their side which only they can resolve. Customer Support is of no use and social media and forum gives better solutions.
