FC Draft vouchers continued use?

FC DRAFT VOUCHERS - A YouTuber has suggested that when TOTY/UTOTY finish, the standard FC Draft vouchers will still be able to be used in the new event Capped Legends. Please can an EA rep confirm or deny this. Thanks
