Same issue for me, I've lost at least 150k trophies in the last 30 days or so. Play one match, it works fine. Play second (without restarting) and there's about 70% chance of getting disconnected. Play third and it will definitely get disconnected without failure, it's almost amazing how predictable it is. I have to restart the game every time after playing a h2h match if I don't want to risk loosing trophies even without playing.
- 2 years ago@mendozzamagic I doubt it has ANYTHING to do with device cache. Your reply could not be any less generic

@9c0rng4ab72t FIFA mobile on some Android devices has an issue where the game cache fills up and causes h2h matches to either disconnect or not connect at all … in some instances it also does it with pvp matches, in some instances it doesn’t allow the game to open.
Most common is h2h matches though.
A league mate has both an Android phone and a tablet - he has to clear his phone cache before every FM session or he encounters the problem you described, his tablet it fine.
It could be that you are constantly hitting cheaters who are disconnecting you, but every second game, every time you play seems a bit extreme.
Otherwise chances are your device is not compatible or is on the edge of compatibility, or your connection is on the edge of being viable.
Device troubleshooting and compatibility are below, but if you are on an Android device try clearing the cache before playing … in most cases it fixes the h2h crash issue.
