FC Mobile 26 bug akun tidak bisa log in

Akun fc mobile 26 saya tidak bisa log in sejak tanggal 1 oktober.. keteranganya hanya mucul logo bola dan tak kunjung masuk ke lobi utama. Sinyal sudah saya pastikan aman. baik menggunakan sellular data, wiifi , restart aplikasi, hingga menggunakan vpn sudah di coba namun tidak berhasil. Device yang saya gunakan adalah iphone 14 pro dengan os 18.0.

Mohon solusinya teman teman disini, atau bagaimana cara report ke pihak ea nya mohon bantuannya..

I haven't been able to log in to my FC Mobile 26 account since october 1st. It only displays the ball logo and doesn't allow me to access the main lobby. I've made sure the signal is secure. I've tried using cellular data, Wi-Fi, restarting the app, and even using a VPN, but to no avail. I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro with OS 18.0.

Please provide a solution my friends, or how to report this to EA. Please help.
