My FC Mobile Account Was Banned By EA 3rd December..Now It's 8th December.Almost A Week.I make a Case for this on 4th December..But Till Now They Didn't Fix It..I want To Get My Account Back.How Can ...

If you've already contacted the Terms of Service team, you've done the right thing and just need to keep an eye on your email; they will respond as soon as possible. The TOS team handles each appeal on a case-by-case basis, some take longer than others as a result. It may take some time.
However, if a few days have passed without an email from the address: noreply@ea.com, please make sure you followed these steps to send in your appeal:
- Open the webform.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
