FC Mobile error: Can’t download resources despite internet and storage OK

Question

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue when trying to start FC Mobile. I get the following message:

“Resource download error: Please make sure you have an internet connection or free up more storage space.”

My internet connection is working perfectly (I’ve tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data), and I have plenty of available storage space on my device. I’ve already reinstalled the app, cleared cache, restarted the device, and the issue persists.

Please check if there is a bug on your servers or if my account is facing some kind of restriction. I would appreciate a solution as soon as possible since I’m currently unable to access the game.

have you got another device you can test it on?

If so, and you still get the same error, contact customer service (via the eahelp website as you can't get into the game) and explain to them that it is happening on multiple devices and can they check that there is not some sort of account issue specific to you
