FC Mobile Ultra Graphics

Hi, I'm using an Infinix GT 20 Pro to play FC Mobile and I find it strange that it doesn't "support" the Ultra graphics of the game, since it's a pretty powerful device and it even runs heavier games without any problems, so there you have it, I hope EA Sports listens to me, since I love this game and would love to play it at its highest quality.

Hi EA. I use a Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra, but my ultra graphics are gone. I was wondering if you can unlock them again?

There are known issues with some Android devices and the top graphics settings - the team has been working on it, but my understanding is that there are some issues with some devices and some versions of Android graphics software that cause issues with FC mobile
