Fc mobile

I've been playing FC Mobile for so many years, it's been about 8 or 9 years, I've never received high level players and I wanted to know if it's a problem with my account? I have friends who just started playing fc mobile and already get strong and expensive players. So the desire to play this beautiful game that I like disappears and I would have even spent money to buy passes and packages but nothing. Fc doesn't help me like that. 
Really frustrating !

    It was my last game and rank increase match in squad battles mode in fc25 game. If I beat the game, my rank would increase and the game suddenly kicked me out while I was leading 3-0 and I was considered to have lost by default. I want this problem to be fixed.
