How is the new Rafa Márquez worse than the old one?

I don’t understand how the new 116 Rafa Márquez  has worst defending and physical then the old one 111 Rafa. The 116 Rafa has 189 DEF and 171 PHY while the 111  Rafa has 198 DEF and 174 PHY, these stats are when you maxed them out  btw, I would say 116 Rafa should have 205 DEF and 187 PHY, when maxed out, And +4 on PACE too I think that would suffice.
