Community ManagerThe new Division Rivals looks amazing, so first of all thanks for bringing in some much needed change. I feel interested to play again. Rewards are much much better and one good thing is promotion/demotion is quick.. don't have to loiter for ages struggling to get promoted but not being relegated.
One thing you could have done better is to let people know what happens to Universal tokens as it was launched with such pomp and fare hardly 6 months back and now no one knows what happens to that.
It seems EA don't think much about Comms and just go with the mindset people will understand with time, which is frustrating given the scale and how passionate the players are.
