FPS Problem Realme
A lot of people wrote to you about this problem. Why are there no foundations on all Realme No support 60 fps????????
Don't dare answer the same way as 9 other people answered, the device is suitable.

I have a problem with my phone (Realme 10) that it does not support 60 fps inside the game, even though the requirements for 60 fps are available on my phone. Phones with lower capabilities than my phone support 60 fps. This problem has been going on with me since last season and I talked to support for 4 months and they did not solve my problem. How do I solve the 60 fps problem and it is from the game?
These are the specifications of my phone:
Name: Realme 10
Processor: MediaTek Helio G99
Ram: 8GB
GPU: Mali-G57 MC2
DISPLAY: Super AMOLED, 90Hz.

I have already checked the requirements in your help article and this is exactly where the problem starts. I have an android phone with better specs than most of the requirements you listed in your help article, but I can't play 60fps just because the brand and processor are not among the requirements. That's why I say you need to optimize your game for more phones and more processors. It's very frustrating to have an amdroid phone that can easily play your game at 60 fps, but to be forced to play the game at 30 fps just because the game is not optimized for that phone or its processor. You should optimize your game for more android phones and more processors. For a brand like Realme, which has managed to make a name for itself and a processor like Mediatek, which is used in most of the phones, it should be unacceptable that the game is not optimized. You should optimize your game for more phones and processors, not just the requirements on your help list. So your response is not helpful.

Big true. ihave reno 12f and i cant easily playing the game on 60 fps and i cant pls fix this problem ea
- @kononkonon2 There is an issue with the Realme devices which means that they don’t support the high end graphics, despite having what would otherwise be sufficient technical specs.
The EA team has been working on it, but given that it has been many months now, I suspect there is some fundamental issue with the Realme device software or hardware that is making the incompatible with the top end graphics.
