Frustrating Support Experience
My Issue:
I noticed someone playing on my EA FC Mobile account and changing my team while I was away. I secured my account by changing my password, activating 2FA, and linking to Google and Apple, but I wasn’t logged out of the game.
I opened a support ticket, but was told I needed to contact in-game support. When I did, they redirected me back to the main support page. This cycle has continued for hours with no resolution.
Why I’m Writing:
I’ve been in contact with support for hours, with 6 open tickets marked as “resolved” despite no progress. I’m being sent from one support team to another, with no actual solutions or updates. All I hear is, “You need to contact the other support team.”
What I Need:
I need someone to look into this case and help me resolve it. This back-and-forth with no solution is frustrating, and I’d appreciate a real answer.
