The two elephants in the room right now are latency and broken gameplay mechanics. What you described lines up with what most are seeing. Do you also see one-way reffing in PVE always favours the AI, and goalkeepers have been useless lately, either rushing out randomly or spilling easy saves (Except for VMS, for some reason, he's a menace, lol).
