Get Back OVR Player Card System

I enjoy playing this game, however, now I am starting to feel frustrated, plus there are many new player cards that have high OVR, and many of my player cards cannot be sold on the market. Maybe it would be better if there was a system for lowering or returning the player's current card OVR to the original OVR then we can also get back the MASCHERANO item to upgrade another card.
