Yeah skill moves are busted, even more when they released an update that "balances" skill moves....they ended up buffing every skill move. It is futile complaining about it....maybe it is as you said holding the players hand so they can score no matter their skill level...but for me there are more stuff in H2H that is "plug&play" and what you said is only one of them.
