I have posted the same observation in the cheat thread - I think they use some sort of cheat. Lately many of the known cheaters have reappeared; not sure if bans were lifted or a new cheat software became available. I meet many of the players I know from previous seasons where your team is simply stuck ftom the beginning of the match.
