No further, let alone immediate action has been taking against hackers. Allowing cheaters to still reign over the top leaderboard's ranking in both VSA and H2H is a shame and a disappointment from the support team. It shows that the game does not care as long as their pocket are filled with money. Its not like reports hadn't been made, i am sure countless players (including myself) that they cheated against to reach 2M fans in H2H must have had made reports, so how come there has been no action taken against them? Their hacking is so obvious with each game ending 1-0 2-0 or 5-0 in their favor and yet you want to turn the other cheeks why? cause you don't care about the experience but the money the game brings. Such a disappointment of a game that promotes "fun" or "enthusiasm" when it seems like its sole purpose is to grab as much $ as they can.

@Dempsy09 I’ve reported a load of them and nothing seems to be done, I thought when the maintenance was happening last time they might have been doing something about them

@EA_Barry Every time you answer with templates, you do nothing to ensure fair play. I have already sent over 100 complaints about different players using cheats in the game from the very first day, but they are still in the game in the top 250. You talk a lot but do little. Do something about the cheaters in this game already, otherwise a lot of honest players will leave you.

Unless EA starts letting people post screen shots of players and teams to call them out, complaining won't do any good. And that's the shame of it. We players who do things the right way are going to keep getting screwed by dishonest players.

Yes, I know it's in poor form. It's also in poor form to cheat. But, maybe it would draw more attention to the problem and EA would start doing something about it.

I followed the proper guideline to reporting and had been doing so since I found players using cheats. I even reported their league [REMOVED] where majority of its players were/ and still are exploiting the game through disconnect cheat. Like many others, i too thought it was just a simple disconnection issue at first but when it happened time after time with same user of the same league, it became obvious and clear to me that it was no bug. Last season's top 50 were all using cheats, I would have shown screenshots and videos as a proof if allowed. Is it not obvious that they are cheating when they haven't lost a single match and reigning at the top ranking with ridiculous amount of points?

This game is an absolute find joke. About to start a online tournament and the guy makes my internet cut out before getting into game. Happens all the time with this terrible run game. Yet nothing ever gets done expect EA putting out over price fon packs where you guarantee *.

@XX_PINGERS_XX You have just experienced the very common cheat where your opponent disconnects during your match. Normally you don’t lose the match. Your opponent is just forfeiting because they fear they will lose. This “disconnect cheat” has been going on for many seasons. There is nothing EA can do to stop people from disconnecting.

Disconnecting in h2h is not a cheat - the AI has been dumbed down so much now that if you disconnect (or even just leave your device on autoplay) you are almost certain to lose.

my h2h lag is terrible, so I almost exclusively autoplay it, and unless the opponent is also autoplaying my 91 15 ranked team gets smashed by all and sundry
