Hanging and Disconnections

Hi,dear fc mobile officials.Latelty I've been experiencing this issue,whenever i play H2H my game keeps on lagging yet am using a stable connection especially when I come close to my opponent's post.

Also when i play VSA i get disconnected and yet I cannot see the one who disconnects me in the results table it only brings the name in the messaging panel and yet my star is still removed😞

Also in the draft system i am guaranteed a pool B after opening all the 10 drafts yet my friends get a 116 or 117 in only 3 to 4 tries,imagine i only have a few shards because am only getting 110-114 until I reach the 10 stars I get mostly 115's and a few 116 to 117 please check on this it's hard to get the draft vouchers.
